POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Although there are many spas around the world, each offering a unique experience, they are all devoted to enhancing overall well-being through a variety of professional services that encourage the renewal of mind, body and spirit. To enjoy your massage experience to the fullest, observe the Code of Conduct, act responsibly and be aware that common sense and personal awareness can help ensure your satisfaction, comfort and safety, as well as that of others.
As a spa guest, it is your responsibility to:
  • Communicate your preferences, expectations and concerns.
  • Communicate complete and accurate health information and reasons for your visit.
  • Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect.
  • Use products, equipment and therapies as directed.
  • Adhere to the spa’s published policies and procedures.
 
As a spa guest, you have the right to:
  • A clean, safe and comfortable environment.
  • Stop a treatment at any time, for any reason.
  • Be treated with consideration, dignity and respect.
  • Confidential treatment of your disclosed health information.
  • Trained staff who respectfully conduct treatments according to treatment protocols and the spa’s policies and procedures.
  • Ask questions about your massage experience.
  • Information regarding staff training, licensing and certification.
Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with any service you received here, please notify us at the end of your session. We unfortunately can not offer discounts or refunds, as massage is a subjective service. Please know we value your experience and want you to return as well as tell your friends and family about us (in a good way!), so please let us know how we can improve. 
Gratuity
A 20% gratuity is recommended and very appreciated. Please bring gratuities in cash at this time. Thank you. 
Late Arrival for Appointment
If you are late for an appointment, your treatment will end on time so that the next appointment may begin as scheduled. Should this happen, your service will be charged in full.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our Spa atmosphere. No refund will be given.
Returns
All product returns must be accompanied by a store receipt. Product returns will only be accepted within 15 days of original purchase. All returns will be refunded with a Spa gift card.
Prices
Prices and services are subject to change at any time.
Gift Certificates
Gift cards are sold in $5 increments. Gift certificates are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Gift certificates may be used towards gratuities. Gift certificates are for spa services only and can not be used towards campground rentals or any promotional specials or events. 
Service Animals and Pets
Tune In Massage Works does not allow pets of any kind during your appointment. This is due to the undue hardship created by pets in our small space, and as a curtesy to those with allergens to pet hair and dander. Please keep this in mind when booking your appointment. 
Fragrance Free Policy
We are a proudly fragrance free space. Do not wear any perfume, cologne, overly fragranced hair or body products to your appointment. This includes laundry boosters and heavily scented detergent. If you choose to use these harmful products, we are unfortunately not the spa for you. For our safety, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone wearing scented products to protect our Fragrance Free status. 
Children
To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for their children while they are receiving services. Clients must be 18 years of age before receiving services. We can not make any exceptions to this rule. There is no waiting room onsite and your massage fee allows only one entry on to the property, so please do not bring spouses, children or pets with you due to limited space. 
Food/Beverages
Please be advised that no alcoholic beverages may be brought to the Spa. Spa water is provided to you at the end of your session. Please feel free to bring a bottle of water and a small snack, of needed.
Accessibility
Please be advised that we may not be accessible for all disabilities. While we cater to those with fragrance sensitivities, those with mobility disabilities may find accessing our limited space very challenging. Service techs or Spa staff are not allowed to lift people onto tables or chairs. When booking, please note that restrooms are located up hill at our outdoor, off-grid facility and may be difficult to access for those with certain mobility issues. Our massage room is located just a few steps from the designated parking spot, accessible over a gravel pad. If you have any questions about accessibility, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will always try to accommodate anyone within reason without creating a hardship to our business. 
Payment/Deposits
At this time we are only accepting cash payments. Please bring enough cash to cover your session as well as any gratuity (a 20% gratuity is recommended). 
Returned Checks
We do not accept checks at this time, but when we do, there is a $30 fee for all returned checks. If paying with a check, customers must provide driver’s license.
Cancellations
A credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
We require a 48-hour cancellation notice for all spa services. If cancelling within 48 hours, we will charge at $30.00 fee, covering the cost of holding the room for you and missed income from your appointment. 

 
Privacy Policy
We respect the privacy of our email subscribers. It is our policy:
  • To respect the purpose for which our site visitors and others gave us email information. We give users choice and consent over how their personal information is used, and remove names immediately upon request.
  • To not sell, rent or loan our subscriber or customer lists to third parties for email, direct marketing or other purposes. We never allow third parties any other use of these subscriber lists.
  • To send notices of impending sales or special offers to our clients who request them (opt-in). Just For Me Spa will immediately unsubscribe those who request it through convenient unsubscribe links in every email or by mail to our address which is prominently displayed.
  • To use cookies in a responsible manner to help our visitors, not snoop on them. While we do not collect or use information from cookies to develop a profile of our visitors or shoppers, cookies must be enabled to use our online gift card store.
  • To store subscriber and password files with personal information in a secure manner. We store such files in areas not accessible to Web browsers, behind password protection or offline.
  • To continue this policy beyond the termination of our company. If a majority portion of the assets of our company, which might include our subscriber and other lists, were to be acquired by another organization, it would be done only as part of a clear agreement binding that organization to abide by the spirit and letter of our privacy policy.
